Warne Livesey
Warne Livesey is a record producer, mix engineer, arranger and co-songwriter with over twenty five years experience in the music business. In that time he has worked with many successful artists and musicians all over the world and has amassed sales in excess of 15 million albums. Originally from the UK he now lives in Vancouver, BC.
His career highlights include:
- 4 albums with multi-platinum Australian band Midnight Oil including their 1987 release “Diesel and Dust” which sold 5 million copies
- 3 albums with the Matthew Good Band including the triple platinum “Beautiful Midnight” and 2 of Matthew’s solo releases
- 2 albums with the ground breaking UK artist The The, and many, many more
Most recently he completed mixing the new Xavier Rudd release ‘Koonyum Sun’.
Livesey’s production focuses on finding a potent balance between creative integrity, lyrical depth and commercial success.
