"In A Minute" Free Downloads
At the 2009 PEAK Performance Project Boot Camp, our dear top 20 artists were given quite a challenge—write a song based on the simple yet evocative title, “In A Minute”. Initially brought on as a songwriting exercise, it turned out to be one of the more emotional aspects of the Boot Camp!
Over the following 24 hours, all you could hear were artists strumming away, joining together to create these incredible once in a lifetime collaborations of original music. We immediately realized the potential of these songs, understanding they couldn’t be lost in the hills of Princeton, but shared with the fans!
With the help of Don McLeod in the producing chair, Carl Davis managing engineering, and Steve “Weezee” Lichuk’s on-the-spot Pro-Tools rig, our artists set up shop in a rural cabin to record acoustic, live-of-the-floor versions of their new masterpieces.
So here they are, free as can be, at the only place you’ll find these rare recordings from these very first artists to reach their PEAK Performance. Download, share and most importantly, enjoy!
