At this year’s bootcamp at Rockridge Canyon in Princeton, BC, we matched the Top 20 artists into writing teams to co-write 10 songs using the theme of “Love and Bravery”. Producers Warne Livesey, Jeff Dawson, Shawn Cole, Winston Hauschild and Alex “Condor” Aligizakis produced, recorded and mixed the songs in 4 temporary studios built in a day by the Nimbus School of Recording arts team.
The amazing songs that were created are now available to download for free!
We’re excited to announce the lineups for our Fall 2012 PEAK Performance Project Showcase Series! This is an important aspect of the competition – the results from these shows equal 30% of the bands’ overall scores!

One of the undisputed highlights of the PEAK Performance Project every year is the week long Boot Camp!
Taking place at the beautiful RockRidge Canyon in Princeton, BC, all the top 20 artists participate in workshops, keynotes, and hands-on learning in a multitude of topics! From vocal lessons to music law, from songwriting to marketing plans, our goal is to make these artists well-rounded music industry entrepreneurs.
This year we are excited to welcome several first time faculty members, including: music historian Alan Cross, producer and Canadian indie-rock favourite Ryan Guldemond (Mother Mother), vocal coach Angela Kelman, and social media guru Brian Thompson! These and many, many more industry professionals will be sharing their expertise with our artists. Stay tuned for the full faculty list coming soon!
